Support Services

ATTA will do everything possible to ensure that all students are equipped with the necessary support to enjoy their learning experience.


ATTA provides services that are designed to assist students in meeting course requirements such as pre-course learning resources, additional time with trainers and enrolment support. Staff members who interact directly with students are made aware of ATTA's obligations to see all student enjoy their learning experience, and this is communicated to staff through policies, procedures and course delivery manuals.


Many of our clients work in the industry and everyday people who choose to study with us so they can do so outside of normal hours. We therefore schedule courses on weekends and make ourselves available any time outside these hours by appointment, to discuss your training needs and specific requirements. 


Our delivery methods and schedules have been specifically developed to maximises students ability to learn and gain the skills and knowledge necessary to achieve success. ATTA encourage students with learning needs to be open and discuss strategies that will support them through the course. ATTA's friendly staff are directly available by phone to help you during office hours, however you can send us an enquiry online or email us anytime and we'll respond asap.

Where possible, learning strategies and provision with be used to ensure all students can learn at their full potential. If your support needs are outside of our capabilities, the following list of external organisations, may be a good place to start.
